Gated Entrances
All entrances and parks are monitored by a digital camera system. After hours, residents may enter at either the Wild Rye or Perspective gate using North Rim gate devices, or by entering their gate code on the keypad at the Wild Rye gate.
Exit gates at both Wild Rye and Perspective automatically open as vehicles approach to exit.
Guest Access
The main gate at Wild Rye Circle is equipped with a telephone keypad system that provides communication between residents and their guests when the gate is closed afterhours. Guests may scroll through a directory, select the last name of the resident, and phone by pressing the CALL button.
Once a resident answers and has identified the caller, access may be either granted or denied using a touch-tone telephone.
- Pressing 9 on the phone will grant access and the resident will hear a confirmation tone that indicates the gate is opening (some touch-tone phones may require the resident to press 9 twice in rapid succession for the gate to correctly respond).
- Pressing # on the phone will deny access.
Owner Access
Both gates open automatically when approached by vehicles with North Rim-compatible transponders. Owners may acquire these transponders from Fieldstone Management.
Owners can also open the gate at the Wild Rye entrance using the keypad provided there by first pressing the # symbol and then entering their personal code. Owners should contact Fieldstone Management to create or change their personal code.
